Settings (Website Administration)
The Pegasus Web Xchange Settings page is where details for the audit logging and data synchronisation, website banner, email server, email profiles, email signatures, and licence and activation details are maintained.
Steps

Sign in as a Pegasus Web Xchange administrator.

On the Website administration page, select the Settings button.
Note: To save changes on each page, select Save before opening another tab.

On the Settings page:
i. Check and select these options as necessary:

Log web pages loaded

Log changes to data
-
Log warnings
-
Data synchronisation frequency:
-

Set this to the frequency required for the synchronisation of the data between Pegasus Web Xchange and Opera 3. The minimum setting is 5 minutes. By default it happens every 30 minutes.

Set it to a higher number to reduce the frequency and overhead of this process.

Set it to a higher number if Pegasus Web Xchange is linked to more than one company in Pegasus Opera 3.

Select the
link to use a custom banner on the website.
ii. Select the
link and enter the settings. To test the email enter a sender email address and recipient email address and select the Send test email button.
iii. Select the
link to check that the profiles for 'Forgotten password' and 'New user' meet your requirements.
Select the
link to upload a signature image for emails sent from Pegasus Web Xchange.
Note: If you have been provided with a new activation key enter it in the New activation key box at the bottom of the Licence page. Then select Reactivate.
